Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia provides custom website design, web engineering, graphic branding, mobile app development, and search engine optimization. All services are executed strictly based on the technical scope document and project estimate sheet agreed upon during project initiation. Any additional requirements, extra layout drafts, or functionality extensions requested after approval will be treated as separate tasks and charged accordingly.
Upon receipt of the final milestone payment and complete balance settlement, all custom source codes, databases, design layouts, and media assets designed specifically for the client will be handed over. JSNJ Infomedia reserves the right to showcase screenshots, live previews, and casing reviews of the deployed products in our portfolio as work samples, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been signed beforehand.
Our standard billing relies on structured milestone deposits (e.g. 50% advance to initiate, 25% on mid-stage dashboard review, and 25% upon final deployment). All invoices generated must be cleared within 7 business days. Delay in milestone clearance may result in halting development pipelines or post-launch server lockout. Payments can be settled via bank transfer, credit cards, or integrated UPI payment links.
To deliver digital projects on schedule, the client is obligated to provide necessary assets (company logos, copywriting text, product databases, hosting account access) within the timelines mapped in the scope. JSNJ Infomedia is not responsible for delayed launch dates resulting from client-side delays in assets sharing, feedback reviews, or access provisions.
While JSNJ Infomedia ensures high-level coding logic, anti-injection query protections, and server configurations, we are not liable for third-party hosting downtimes, domain registry expirations, or payment API outages. Once code is handed over and hosted on the client's servers, maintaining periodic backups, SSL certificate renewals, and minor version updates becomes the client's primary responsibility, unless an active Monthly Maintenance SLA is signed.
Either party may terminate the active work agreement by sharing a written notice 15 days in advance if the other party breaches any term. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all hours logged or milestones achieved up to the termination date. All code developed up to that point will be transferred only upon clearance of the final invoice.
These terms are governed and regulated by the laws of India. Any conflicts, disputes, or legal settlements arising from projects executed by Jai Shree Nath Ji Infomedia shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
